Flexible LED

An LED display has always been flat. LyzerLED Flexible LED no longer is: its flexible, thin, magnetic modules bend concave or convex to wrap a column, draw a ring or ripple along a wall.

Curved LED walls, digital columns, cylindrical shapes, architectural cladding: the image stays bright, uniform and seamless, whatever the curve. Maintenance is done from the front, module by module, and the GOB finish encapsulates each LED in a resin that protects it from moisture, splashes, dust and impact.

This is the technology behind the “¡Hala Madrid!” ring and the columns at the Real Madrid Official Store.

Flexible at the back, protected at the front

LZFXB · Flexible LED

The flexible LED display, with no limits on shape.

A 320 × 160 mm module with a flexible back shell, built-in magnets and a GOB face. Concave or convex, it mounts and dismounts from the front, without a single screw. Four pitches from P1.25 to P2.5.

Creative flexibility

Curved, cylindrical, wavy or oval LED surfaces: the module follows a radius down to about 130 mm, in both directions. The screen becomes part of the scenography, not a rectangle placed on top of it.

Protective GOB finish

The LEDs are encapsulated in resin: impacts, dust, moisture and repeated handling in a store or on a booth leave them unaffected. The surface wipes clean with a cloth.

Thin, lightweight modules

About 12 mm thick, 9 kg/m²: the module fits into tight spaces, custom cladding or mobile installations without weighing down the structure.

Magnetic mounting

Built-in magnets hold the module firmly against its curved frame: fast assembly, precise alignment, no complex hardware on site.

Front maintenance

Every module comes out from the front, even at the top of a column or deep inside a ring: no rear access, no dismantling the structure.

Immersive, continuous image

P1.25 to P2.5, 600 to 700 cd/m², ≥ 3,840 Hz: a sharp, rich, stable image that flows from one module to the next with no visible seam.

The installations

One module, four shapes and every other

The same 320 × 160 mm module wraps a pillar, hugs a curved wall, closes a suspended ring or traces a wave. Only the curved support structure changes; the image stays continuous across the entire curve. Concept visuals, to help you picture it.

Operation

Maintenance happens from the front

Even on a suspended ring or at the top of a column, a suction tool is all it takes to release a module from its magnets. No rear access, no structure to dismantle: replacement takes just minutes, without cutting the image on the rest of the surface.

Benefits

01

Create custom LED shapes

Curved walls, digital columns, undulating surfaces, cylindrical installations: shapes that are impossible with a rigid LED display, built module by module.

02

Boost scenographic impact

Retail, events, showrooms: the flexible display turns architectural volumes into immersive, memorable visual media, right where the eye never expected to find an image.

03

Simplified installation and maintenance

Magnetic mounting and front maintenance: installation, module replacement and day-to-day operation stay simple, even on a complex surface.

04

Enhanced protection with GOB finish

Humidity, water splashes, dust, impacts: GOB resin protects the LEDs for a more durable, more reliable flexible display in high-traffic venues.

An LED architecture designed to bring continuous, seamlessly integrated immersive surfaces to life.

Flexible LED

The LZFXB is a 320 × 160 mm flexible LED module: a flexible back shell, built-in magnets and a GOB front face that encapsulates the LEDs in protective resin. It bends concave or convex to form curved walls, columns, waves or ovals, attaches magnetically to its frame without screws and is removed from the front. Four pitches from P1.25 to P2.5.

Bending radius down to approx. 130 mm depending on pitch (concave or convex). GOB surface: LEDs protected from impacts, dust, moisture and handling.
