Privacy policy and legal notice

Last updated: October 26, 2026. This policy applies to the LyzerLED by Fosfor website and its subdomains, as well as to this site’s inquiry form and assistant.

1. Data controller

LyzerLED is a Fosfor brand. The processing described here is carried out by Fosfor as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”) of January 6, 1978.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to your requests and keep the site running.

When you send us a request (form, configurator, assistant)

• Identity and contact details: last name, first name, email address, phone number, company (optional).
• Your project: type of solution, message and, where applicable, the configuration you put together (dimensions, product references, pitch).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, referring page and timestamp, used solely to prevent automated submissions (rate limiting) and to trace the origin of the request.

When you use the assistant

The assistant runs entirely in your browser, with no external artificial intelligence service. The conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage (cleared when you close the tab) and is only sent to us if you choose to submit a request, in which case it follows the rules above.

When you browse

The hosting server records technical logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamp, browser) needed for the security and proper operation of the service. These logs are not used to profile you.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. No automated decision-making is based on your data.

4. How long we keep it

• Contact and quote requests: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted or anonymized. If a contract is signed, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory periods (10 years for accounting records).
• Anti-abuse technical data (IP address associated with a request): 12 months maximum.
• Server logs: 12 months maximum, in line with the hosting provider’s legal obligations.
• Conversation with the assistant: only in your browser, until you close the tab.

5. Who has access, and where it is hosted

Your requests are received by Fosfor’s sales and project team, and by them alone. They are stored on the site’s server and forwarded to our team by email.

• Hosting of the site, its database and domain name: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Data remains hosted within the European Union.
• Email: request notifications are sent to Fosfor’s business email addresses.

This site does not transfer any data outside the European Union. Fonts and all site resources are served from our own hosting: your browser does not contact any third-party service (no Google Fonts, no ad network) when you view our pages.

6. Cookies and trackers

This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and uses no third-party audience measurement tools. That’s why no consent banner is shown to you.

Only storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work is used, in your browser and without being transmitted:

Project videos are hosted on our server and do not rely on any third-party player.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
• Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data, within the limits of our legal obligations;
• Objection to and restriction of processing;
• Portability: receive the data you provided to us in a structured format;
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out;
• Post-mortem instructions regarding what happens to your data.

To exercise these rights, email us at hello@lyzerled.com or write to the address given in section 1, stating the purpose of your request. We may ask for proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or at www.cnil.fr.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Requests are stored in a database that cannot be accessed from the web, the admin area is password-protected, and access is restricted to the people who handle your requests. We implement technical and organizational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the data, which remains business contact data.

Email travels across the internet over networks we do not control: its confidentiality cannot be guaranteed until it is received. Do not include sensitive information in it; the site’s form transmits your data over an encrypted connection.

9. Legal notice

By accessing this site, you accept these terms of use. Fosfor may change them at any time, in particular when the site is updated; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Intellectual property

The site’s structure, text, visuals, videos, animations, logos and the LyzerLED name are the property of Fosfor or are used under license. The trademarks and logos of our clients and partners mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners: their mention grants no license or right of use.

You may view, download and print the content of this site for strictly personal, non-commercial use, without modifying it. Any other use, in particular reproduction, public display, adaptation or distribution for commercial purposes, is prohibited without Fosfor’s prior written permission and constitutes infringement.

11. Links and liability

Any public or private website may link to the pages of this site without prior permission, provided it does not embed them in its own pages (frames, embedding) and does not suggest a non-existent affiliation. The outbound links we provide point to sites whose content we do not control.

The information published on this site, including the technical specifications and indicative budgets in the catalog and configurator, is provided for information purposes and may change. It does not constitute a contractual offer: only a written proposal from Fosfor is binding on Fosfor. We strive to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or omissions, and we accept no liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from its use.

You agree not to transmit through this site any content that is unlawful, contrary to public order, defamatory or that infringes the rights of third parties.
